Returns & Refunds
Sales through this website are made to business customers and are governed by our Supply Terms & Conditions. This policy explains how returns are handled in practice and should be read together with those Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Supply Terms & Conditions take precedence.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if any item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Email ecomm@clearview-imaging.com with your order reference and details of the issue. The remedies available to you for defective or non-conforming items are those set out in our Supply Terms & Conditions. In particular, for software the sole remedy for a defect is correction of the defect by Clearview within a reasonable time, and for hardware our obligation is that it conforms with the applicable specification on delivery. A refund or credit is provided only where we agree it is appropriate or where the Supply Terms & Conditions provide for one.
Requesting a return
Please do not send items back before contacting us. To request a return, email ecomm@clearview-imaging.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address or shipping label. Items returned without an agreed return authorisation will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following are not returnable: custom, configured or special-order products; software and software licences once delivered or activated; and any item that is not in the condition in which it was supplied. Further exclusions may apply under the Supply Terms & Conditions.
Business customers only
Our products are sold to business customers only. The statutory 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) right that applies to consumer purchases does not apply to orders placed through this website.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Where a refund or credit is agreed or is due under the Supply Terms & Conditions, we will notify you once any returned item has been received and inspected, and any approved refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method, or by credit note, within 10 Business Days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.
