Sales through this website are made to business customers and are governed by our Supply Terms & Conditions. This policy explains how returns are handled in practice and should be read together with those Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Supply Terms & Conditions take precedence.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if any item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Email ecomm@clearview-imaging.com with your order reference and details of the issue. The remedies available to you for defective or non-conforming items are those set out in our Supply Terms & Conditions.
