The Discovery phase is all about understanding your needs. We listen carefully as you explain your requirements and, through thoughtful dialogue, together we uncover the real challenges while applying our expertise to guide the conversation. This is the first of a four stage process, so our main aim is to get overall clarity and understand if we are a good fit and we can help you achieve your goals before moving forward. It’s the foundation of everything that follows.

In the Deep Dive phase, we begin with a meeting involving all key stakeholders from different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project’s goals, business needs, challenges, and timelines. Our goal is to gain absolute clarity on the technical aspects, timescales, and budget, ensuring we have a full understanding of what’s required.

After the Deep Dive phase, if we believe that the project is feasible, our certified machine vision experts will typically take your product samples (good and bad) and get to work in our engineering labs, which are fully equipped with all the latest machine vision hardware and software products and technology, then use their years of machine vision experience to come up with a solution to your problem, aligned with your commercial objectives. Our engineers will then create a report, giving details of their research and findings and outlining the next actions for every stakeholder involved.

We meet in person to deliver a product demo, feasibility study or final presentation showing how our solution can tackle all the challenges previously discussed and the benefits that it will bring to your business. Finally, we agree on taking the project through to a real-world application.
