Shipping Policy

Orders placed through clearview-imaging.com are fulfilled to business customers and are subject to our Supply Terms & Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Supply Terms & Conditions take precedence.

Dispatch and delivery

UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse by Clearview Imaging Ltd. Orders for delivery within the European Union are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain by Clear View Imaging Europe S.L., so deliveries to EU member states are not subject to additional customs charges or import duties for the buyer.

Deliveries to destinations outside the EU customs territory (for example Norway and Switzerland) may be subject to local customs charges or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

All orders placed through this website are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

The estimated delivery times below apply to items held in stock at the time your order is placed. Where an item is not in stock, delivery will be subject to the applicable lead time; please contact us to confirm before ordering.

UK: 1 business days.

Western EU (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, IE): 2 to 5 business days.

Nordics & Baltics (SE, DK, FI, EE, LV, LT): 3 to 6 business days.

Southern & Eastern EU (IT, PT, PL, CZ, HR, BG, RO, SK, SI and others): 4 to 8 business days.
